RESOLVED:T28 phones listed as UNPROVISIONED after upg to v12

    I followed the directions to re-provision phones - they all work, but no matter what I do, they show as UNPROVISIONED and reprovision required. Note the firmware, pictured in the capture below: 2.70.0.103

    Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

    well, not "No matter what I do..."
    I took the out of the box yealink provisioning template and added my button programming with precision, leaving the rest alone, and this problem is gone.

    The *9 problem persists, but see my other post about that. This particular post (re: unprovisioned) is resolved.

    Do you still have defined *9 code into dial-plan settings of 3CX (settings | advanced) ?
    The default intercom code was removed in latest V12 service packs.
