Restrict dialing extensions from IVR.

    Happy holidays, everyone!

    Is there any way we can get an opportunity to restrict incoming call to use the personal extensions, when it is in the IVR?

    Custom parameters is, obviously, the way to change that, however, this is available for single-instance installs only.
    However, multi-instance installs do not have access to Custom parameters and unable to do many cool stuff. :(

    There is a way to modify the DB, to change that parameter.
    However, this is not a supported solution.

    Additionally, that would restrict all IVRs to do so.
    The better way would be allowing only specific IVRs (like having a checkbox in IVR settings).
