Review Calls. Add permissions to manager

    How manager can play calls from queue ?
    We can login to web reports page, see call history, but can't play calls because
    "You have no rights to load: c:\programdata\3cx\data\recordings\".
    If we login with admin right all calls are accesible.
    See a lot of tutorials but without result

    Hi IA76 and nerooren,

    that is correct, for the current released version you cannot see other extensions' recordings unless you log into web reports with the administrator credentials. This is coming in the next service pack so please be patient for while longer. If you have any further questions or inquiries feel free to let me know.

    1. Is it possible to generate scheduled reports to notify manager automatically?
    2. Question about wallboard. Is it possible to view activity (recieved calls, etc.)for custom extension in queue ?
