Ring Group missed calls

    So we have a ring group that is set to ring all for all the employee's at the front desk. When phone 2 answers a call phones 1,2, and 4 all have missed call messages. We are currently using v.14 but will be upgrading to v.15 soon. Any help on solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    It may depend on the sets you are using. There may be a set option ,to ignore unanswered calls, but, this would affect all unanswered calls, even ones directly to the extension. There is a SIP 200 message, Call completed elsewhere. Can't remember if 3CX is set to send this (there was something about (I think) Yealink sets being able to do this, a long while ago), but if it does, the set has to be able to make use of it.
