Ring Group On Hold

    Hi,

    We're evaluating 3CX for use in a customer service scenario, and have the need for a ring group to play an on-hold message (music/info) if all the extentions in the group are on a call. Then, when rep(s) become available again, the ring group should resume hunting the available extentions. If anyone knows whether this can be done, I'd be interesting in hearing about it.

    You need a call queue. It is implemented already and will be available since next version.
