Ring Group Phones don't ring on multiple calls

    I'm pretty sure this problem emerged for me after I upgraded to v9. Here is the scenario:

    (3) Polycom IP 550
    Ext 100, 101, 102
    Ring Group 801
    SIP trunk from 888voipstore

    Call #1 comes in, Ext 101 answers, then another call comes in and only ext 100 rings.

    I have attached the sip log showing this exact scenario...3CX is clearly only alerting EXT 100 for all calls after the first.

    Any ideas?

    PLEASE DISREGARD. I RESOLVED THIS PROBLEM BY ENABLING THE OPTION, "I WANT TO BE ABLE ACCEPT MORE THAN 1 CALL ON THIS PHONE" ON EACH EXTENSION'S FORWARDING RULES FOR AVAILABLE.

    I had this set previously on v8, but somehow it did not carry over except on one extension.
