Ring Group problem

    i have 3cx setup with yealink T48's with 4 phones in the ring group to ring all at the same time. With 4 phones in the group g some of the phones do not know that the call was answered and keep ringing, sometimes indefinately. If i put the ring group down to 3 phones it works perfectly. Is this a limitation of the software? if not then how can i fix? thanks

    Not a limitation that I'm aware of. Check the 3CX Server log. There should be an entry that cancels all of the ring notifications that were listed earlier in the log for that call. I suppose that you could make use of Wireshark to confirm that all SIP messages actually went out. If they did, then you have to determine why some sets either didn't get the message, or chose to ignore it.

    Are the sets local to the PBX, or remote?

    Did this issue just start recently, or has it always been this way?
