Ring Group - Ring Time

    Hi,

    I created a Ring Group and there is a field for Ring Time (Seconds). If I am doing Prioritized Hunt, how does this apply? Is is the time each phone rings before it hunts to the next or the total time before the call is transferred to the end of the hunt list?

    If you are using sequential ringing, then it would be the amount of time before that call moves on to the next set. Depending on how many sets are in the ring group, it could be some time before it reaches the "end of the line". Something you have to consider because many callers think about hanging up after six or seven rings thinking that no one is going to answer.
