Good Afternoon. A couple years ago I put a 3cx system in for a previous coworker.
Recently they are having problems with ring groups. If someone picks up the call the other phones in the ring group keep ringing even after someone picked up the phone.

Thoughts on why this would happen? Believe they are on version 10.

    Also having problems with transferring.

The biggest problem though is this ring group issue.

    Thanks

I have not come across this before, not to say it can't happen, as you have discovered.
Did any changes take place just before this behavior began?
Have you looked over the 3CX log just after one of these calls? Normally you see a cancellation of the call attempts to the unanswered extensions.

What type of phones do they have?
Does it happen every time or just once and a while?

    all the phones are yealink.

    It happens every time.

I know it never did this when I was here and there has been minimal changes.
I am back in the office and going to make a new ring group and test it.

I'm not sure what is happening. It looks as if one set answers and the call is "joined", yet two other IP's also show answer. Then it shows No RTP Packets received from the remaining IP's in the Ring Group. I'm not sure if the Invite was sent to the sets but that some were not able to acknowledge it in which case a ring cancel message was unsent. (speculation). Since the system did not originality behave this way, I have to assume that something has changed, even slightly, to cause this. the only other explanation would be some sort of data corruption.

I would suggest reviewing whatever, seemingly slight modifications, were done to the system/Network/sets, etc., just before this issue began.

One other thing, to test if it is a change in the 3CX settings that have caused this (and this action should be reserved only if you become desperate), is to restore an old backup, of the 3CX system, from a point before the problems began. Before you even think of doing this however, make a couple of current backups of the system. If the current problems are still there, then you know that it is a set, server, or network problem. You could then try out some computers running the 3CX Phone (to temporarily replace the Yealinks sets), to eliminate them as the problem.

As you already said, PBX works a long time. Therefore, functionality of ring group is out of discussion :)
Looks like "Provider:[GLRVC]" either was added or its configuration was changed.
    Set it back to
    Support re-Invites=off
    Supports Replaces=off
Hopefully, it will fix the issue

    Changing this to
    Support re-Invites=off
    Supports Replaces=off

Is that on each phone or something on the line?

I am going back in there today to play with it.
