Solved Ring time before going to VM on 3cx cloud

    Hello,

    How can i increase the number of rings before it goes into VM on pbx express ? Atm only option I have under extension is "enable voicemail ". This is for external calls

    Any help would be appreciated.

    it is in the user forwarding rules (timeout).
