Ringroup option not answerd.

    When in a Ringroup one ore more persons are busy or not able to answer the next incoming call, I choosed the option connect to the digital receptionist, which we setted up properly en tested to work as needed.
    However, the person from outside who calls hears about 5 ringtones and than te connection is ended.

    The digital receptionist never came online.
    Is there something I forgot to setup ?

    We are currently working with version 11.....

    Can you check if all your 3cx services are running ?
    Can you access the management console from browser ?

    I have a VM server windows open with thee management console open.

    OK I found out now what you mean, I have not much experience in this system as it was brought up 3 years ago and we never used things lik digital receptionist etc.
    I found all services started.

    Follow a call in the 3CX server logs. It should indicate if there was an issue connecting to a destination, at the point of the ring group time-out period. If you are unsure about what the log is telling you, then post it here.
