Hello, hope i can get some help with this issue... we have a new installed 3cx system that working fine. firewall check is ok and everything seems to work but(there is always a but) when we connect calls from our softphone with CTI(our deskphone calls) we don´t get any ringtone or any notification that we are calling someone, just silence until we get an answer. we can then speak and everthing works just fine. same for callback calls , when we call someone that’s on callback there is just silence until reciepent pick up call, then we can hear them speak without any problems. question is how we can get a ringtone when we calling from softphone to CTI and for out callback calls? same for internal and external calls. if we dial number directly in phone we can hear a ringsignal so no problem there, problem seems to be when 3cx connect calls for us. any help appriciated!
