RollBack v12 to v11

    There is any way to rollback to v11?

    I'm experiencing a lot of troubles with my ip phones.
    My employee want myphone back, and I couldn't set up things to work property.
    My ipphones are from alcatel-lucent and it dosent have auto provisioning.

    Well of course you made a backup before you upgraded to v12 right? :)

    Otherwise you have your work cut out for you.
