    Hello,

    We have the Server installed and running ...
    However when we try and login ... we cant !!

    It asks for email or Ext .... we enter 100 ... and the password that was emailed to us ... no good ...

    We tried ext. 100 and the Admin password we entered ... no good ...

    What credentials are used for FIRST TIME login ?

    nobody else has console rights until you give them to them.

    Admin and password as per Craigreilly response above but if it is asking for extension number or email I think you are trying to login to the web client perhaps - double check you have not logged in via a link on the welcome email or something like that.

    Username or extension on management
    Extension on webclient

    Didn’t think about them being at the webclient since the welcome only gives the management link.
