Route to Voicemail

    Hello,

    I have a phone set up and showing as registered. When the phone is registered and I use the busy button the call will divert to voicemail. However when the phone is not registered it does not seem to divert to the voicemail (for example while the phone is rebooting). Would it be possible for someone to confirm the settings to ensuring that when the phone is not registered the call would be routed to the voicemail inbox for that extension ?

    For each extension there is a set of call forwarding rules. A rule can be created for what to do with a call when the set is not registered.
