Hey all!
So i have a client who on a Friday everything was working great, phone lines open from 5am-7pm as per normal.
They came in on the following Monday morning and the phone lines had been changed to 7:30am - 4:30pm.
The client manually changed them back in the global settings to 5am-7pm as a quick fix.
I checked the log files from the Friday, just a normal reboot at 1am so all good.
But, on the Saturday and Sunday logs there were lots of S-Channel failure errors, does anyone know what these mean, or do they have multiple meanings?
Also, i thought after any issues a reboot would use the last good config file (Sunday at 1am) from the DB and set the times back to 5am-7pm, so im wondering where the 07:30am-4:30pm time came from!!
Thanks in advance for any help
