Sales suprise eary in the morning

    Mail from 3cx sales, Sunday 28.8.2016, at 5.30 AM. So, on Monday, we were stuck with two calls. It is PIA, but we were thinking about replacing 3cx anyway, so it just helped us decide. As we are unable to test new releases before applying it to our customers, we will also have to move them to something else. Good job, sales.

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and loyalty towards 3CX. Unfortunately you haven't sold any licences within the last 12 months. Therefore we have disabled your partner account.

    Please keep in mind that in order to stay 3CX Partner, you need to sell at least one licence every 12 months. Maintenance, Upgrades and Support packages don't count for the partner program, only new licence keys.

    You will still be able to log in to your partner account, but you are not entitled to NFR keys and 3CX Support anymore.

    In order to enable your account again, you need to sell a new licence. Our system will then automatically enable your account again.

    Please make sure that sold licence keys are correctly assigned to your account.

    It would be great if we could jump on a call or a web meeting and discuss how we can help you to get onboard the 3CX partner program again. Let me know a convenient time for you and we can schedule this.

    To be fair, this is mentioned in the the "Who Qualifies?" section of the following link:

    Specifically is says:
    - Joining is free and you get a free Not for Resale license for internal use.
    - Sell a minimum of 1 license per 6 months to remain on the partner program.

    I am not sure how other forum users can help you with this one, especially by the time that, as a Partner, you can contact the sales team directly and get the explanations you want.

    If the free NFR License Key you were given was disabled mistakenly even though you were an active Partner for the last year, then I would highly recommend calling the sales team directly and I am sure it will get sorted out.
