Salesforce.com integration with 3CX Assistant CRM

    I've the configured 3CX Assistant to work with my Salesforce.com account. At this point, I've disabled Outlook integration and enabled Salesforce.com integration, but I am getting a "plug-in status" message from the CRM configuration module that says: "API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG. API is not enabled for this organization or partner". In addition, the contacts module for Salesforce.com is not showing any of the custom 3CX fields as indicated in the 3CX Blog on the subject.

    I would like to demo this capbility to a customer this week. What do I need to do to enable the API for PBX Mobility Solutions, LLC.

    Hi, are you running the free or paid edition of 3CX?

    not all editions of Salesforce include API access, you're trying to access the API for an edition that may not include it.

    My understanding is that:.
    .
    API Access is available for Enterprise & Unlimited as well as Developer..
    .
    Professional has API access from certain certified applications only. There is no API Access for Team or Personal.
