Salesforce incoming calls problems

    Hi, we have been experienced issues since salesforce force us to change password of some users. We change password, regenerate security token and change credentials on 3cx salesforce plugin and nothing, outbound calls runs perfect but incoming calls don't open lead or account card.

    When we look at 3cx integration log we see the same error " An error occurred processing an inbound call from xxxxxxxx: INVALID_LOGIN: Nombre de usuario, contraseña, token de seguridad o usuario no válidos o bloqueados."

    We are not the only company with this issue and maybe 3CX crew should give us an answer about this issue

    I agree with you Carles. I have the same difficulty. Also have a problem with getting our 3CX integrated into a call centre to place into our service console within Salesforce.
    Can 3CX please address this issue, as it is one of the most popular forms of use in Salesforce, so its not a true integration until its functioning within the console.

    Hi there,

    After you change the user's password, you will get a new security token. If you didn't, then reset the security token for the user and update it in the 3CX plug-in configuration. You need the properly security token for the current user name and password.
