Hello your salesforce integration install guide is not complete. There is no 3CX app in the app store for salesforce so there is no way to create the fields in the objects to use the integration?
This plug in does not exist and no app or fields were created
am having the same issue. i have followed the guide, and i was able to setup the server side configuration. When navigating to a contact and clicking a number i uses my 3cx client to dial and am able to establish communication, but i dont see any call activity logged under that contact. Unless there is something i missed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Salesforce Plugin is in the list of a fully patched 3cx installation.
i guess am confused what to do next after you setup the server side configuration. I have done that part, but when making a call using click2call from salesforce am not seeing that particular contact have any call activity unless thats something i need to setup.
does the integration allow for salesforce to log automatically calls?
