Salesforce Lightning Service Console

    Hi guys,
    Ive been using the Salesforce plugin for our 3CX Pro 14 for the last few months, and I find it to be great for my CS team.
    I'm currently in the process of changing our team over to the new Salesforce Lightning Service Consoles. Outbound calls are working fine, but I'm not able to have accounts/contacts pop up in new Tabs for incoming calls.
    Is this something that is being worked on, or perhaps is anyone else trying this functionality now?
    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Paul,

    I believe this should work normally. I would recommend checking the logs in folder %AppData%\3CX CRM Integration\Logs\ on the PC running the 3CXPhone with Plugins, just to see if anything stands out.
