Salesforce server side integration and phonebook not synced

    Dear all,

    I've followed the guide on 3CX website in order to get Salesforce server side integration but I can't see the phonebook updated.
    How can I understand what I'm missing?

    Hello @arcoMarco,

    Please enable verbose logs from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings. Then make a call to 3CX, and check the 3cxSystemService.log file. There you should have some hints...
