Sangoma 102 Netborder Express Error after Upgrade to V11 SP4

    I am running 3cx V11 SP3 on a windows 2008r2 server.
    Before installing SP4 Sangoma 102 called out fine.

    After installing SP4 last night, I can no longer make out bound calls with the Sangoma 102d / Netborder Express.

    I regenerate the config file in 3cx and loaded to NBE gateway manager, but no change.

    Hi there

    The main hint here is in this log message:

    The "503 Service Unavailable" message *typically* means that the device cannot process the request because of some internal failure.

    Your next step is to invoke Sangoma support to understand the cause for their device to generate this message.

    I have gotten the calls to complete and now get inbound and outbound calling.

    Now I get intermittent 1 way audio. It is always no outbound audio. But either inbound or outbound calls.

    When the Gateway setting PBX delivers audio is unchecked, caller get holds music if placed on park, but not phone audio. When it is checked. they hear no call audio or hold music.

    In trying to find a common link, I checked/unchecked the PBX Delivers audio box several time. The last time I left it unchecked and saved and I now get completely functional 2-way audio.

    Glad you got things working.

    I would not make changes while things are working fine, but, for the record, the most compatible combination to fall back to would be:

    PBX Delivers Audio = Enabled
    Supports ReINVITES = Disabled
    Supports Replaces = Disabled

    ...when you are having issues..
