When a call is placed to an extension that is set either as out of office or forwarded to an external number, the calling party's callerid is not sent, but rather the outbound caller id specified for the Sangoma. If no callerid is set for port 10000, then the caller id says 10000.

Do you have outside caller ID set per extension?

Not for every extension as they don't all need it, but for the extension in question, I do have it set. When I get the call on my cell, I see the number that is entered in the settings for port 10000.

    Fixed the issue,

For the Outbound Parameters on the PSTN device, make the following changes:

    sip field:
    original
    From: User Part
variable: "OUtboundCallerid" outbound caller id taken from extension

    modified:
    from: user part
variable: "originatorcallerid" original caller number will be sent.

It will now send out the caller id of the original party.

Good to know. I have an install coming up with a sangoma card and was hoping you find a solution. i figured it had something to do with the sip headers but I did not have access to a switch to try.

Glad I could be of help! Just in case I was not clear, these changes are done in 3CX, not on the Sangoma's routing-rules.xml.
