Sangoma A102D Unable to make outgoing calls

    I was able to configure a Sangoma A102D with Netborder Express 4.0.

    After I learned that the authentication password had to be blank I was able to receive incoming calls!

    I am unable to make outgoing calls. I included the log for an outgoing call. The seeming trouble line is highlighted.

    Additionally, I have only one T1 plugged in. The Netborder Express (NBE) "side" has 2 ports configured. 1 bank shows idle, the other shows alarmed. I have tried configuring it for just 1port in NBE. The result was the same.

    I get an unsupported media error on the 3cx softphone.

    SIP 488 would indicate a codec mismatch in the sdp exchange.
    Are you trying to set up the call with another codec than G.711.
    NBE only supports G.711 u-law and G.771 a-law
