SAP + Business one integration

    Have anyone done this integration? We are migrating to 3CX and SAP Business One and we are looking for when customer calls arrives at the agent extencion, that customer tab opens.

    I see some custom integration with scripts; can someome point me in the right direction?

    Hi, Juan! You might want to check Tenfold, a 3rd party CTI that can integrate 3CX with SAP. One of its features is a floating UI (screen pop) that shows relevant customer information during inbound or even outbound calls. With the floating UI, your agents are also one click away from the SAP customer record.

    You can make a custom plugin to integrate with SAP Business One
