Satus message from v11

    We have some users that had a custom status message on previous versions and we can't find where to remove it now on v12.



    Is there a way to remove them?
    If not, is there a way to fix this?
    It is confusing to have old names on reassigned extensions.

    Hi there,
    You just need to connect as these extensions in 3CXPhone for Windows, then click the Available dropdown, then empty field "Custom Status Message", and OK.

    Couldn't find that even while I looked at many places. Need to learn more about the new interface. :p

    Is this value also on management interface or not? I tried to look for it there but couldn't find it.

    Hello, no this can't be adjusted from management console, only from a 3CXPhone.

    Also available under Settings, Call Forwarding.
    The first option is a bit misleading as clicking the status changes your status. You must instead click the arrow.
