Solved SBC phone provisioning

    Dear All,

    I have a few phones provisioned using SBC however for some unknown reason the phones have started appearing as unassigned in the phones list and therefore excluded. How can I make this phone available to be assigned again?

    I have deleted the phone from each extension and hard reset them however they still do not appear on the list to be assigned again.

    What exactly do you mean "unassigned"? Are they listed in bold, or does it simply say "UNPROVISIONED" in the column to the right?

    Could you provided a screenshot of as you see them?

    Hi @NickD_3CX ,

    Thank you for your reply, seems to be working now, they are back in Bold on the list and a Reassigned them to the correct extension.

    Glad to hear everything is ok now. Keep an eye on the issue and report back if this happens again.
