We have a problem to backup the data from PBX .
Below are the details:
1. Set "Location" to "Local" - /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Backups
2. Set Backup Schedule in below ways:
Actually, we use FTP to be the "Location" firstly, backup failed. In order to exclude the reason cause by the FTP, we change the "Location" to "Local".
Already use the method in other thread about this problem " Disable the schedule, set the log to Verbose, restart the service" , the problem is still there. If we use the backup manually, a backup file ZIP generate successfully.
Note: The PBX version is 15.5.1694.0

- Enable Schedule Backup
- Select what you want to include in your backup. Backup will be named 3CXScheduledBackup.zip

Include License Key Information & FQDN
Call logs, Chats and Conference data
- Configure Backup Schedule : Daily at, xx:xx (TIME)
- Configure backup rotation :1
