Schedule Call Log Export

    Hi Guys,

    Good day. I'm quite new here.

    For start, we are an end user and we are preparing for the implementation of our 3CX System this week. I have few questions to ask, hope i can get possible answers on this forum.

    One of the important aspect of 3CX that we are currently interested in is the capability of 3CX to export call log reports. I've seen the interface on how to manually export the report, unfortunately i've been tasked to develop an intranet page that will show charts/graph based on the call logs.

    My question is this, since we are the end user, we are not allowed to access the DB, is there a way to schedule an export of the Call Logs in xml or csv and dump it on a specific folder on the Daily basis? So that on my side, i'll do the import on my DB Server and Generate the web based report.

    Is this something that can be done?

    Hi there,

    There is no way to Automatically Dump / Create Log Reports.
    As you mentioned, the only way is to create Custom Reports by getting access to the Database.
