Scheduled Backup

Hi guys,

i am trying to schedule the backup procedure of 3cx. I have the batch file:

-----------------------------
SET TODAY=%date:~6,4%-%date:~3,2%-%date:~0,2%

"c:\program files\3cx phonesystem\bin\3cxbackup.exe" backup P:\3cxbackups\%today%.zip /callrecordings /voicemails /voiceprompts /callhist
-----------------------------

When I run this batch file it opens the 3cx backup.exe program but in the bottom right hand box I see the message;

"The connection to the database was refused.
See the left panel for further details".

Any ideas?
 
I spent some time trying to make one of these mad scripts myself.

Here it is:


All you need to do is create the folder: C:\3CXBackups that's it.



If you are using a 32bit system then remove the x86 so it points to the correct path.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\3CXBackup.exe" backup "c:\3CXBackups\Bak.txt" /callrecordings /voicemails /voiceprompts /callhist /exit

Can you post the Backup And Restore Logs here?





Update: Never mind i think you might of realised by now that the 3CX Services werent started :p
