Scheduled Conference attendees

    Hi,

    When attendees join a scheduled conference, whether they are internal users called by the 3CX phone system or external invitees calling in, they are not prompted for their name as they would be if using an ad-hoc conference i.e. if I make up a conference ID and distribute it callers will be prompted for their name an introduced to the conference call.

    It makes the beginning of the call quite awkward....

    Any conference created from 3CXPhone lacks attendee introduction. Is this normal or am I missing something?

    OK, I see the "Enable Announcements" tick box now and it works.

    Can this be set to enabled by default?
