Scheduled Conference details don't show in Outlook

    We have some users using old Outlook2007. The message they receive about conference includes the subject, location, time and conference description, but not the details.

    The following message is missing:
    You are invited to attend the following conference call: test7

    To participate, please dial 555-123-4567 and enter this Conference ID 164165 to join the conference call at the specified time.
    Internal employees that are available will be contacted automatically on their extension.
    In case the extension is busy, employees can join the conference later by dialing 700 and entering conference ID 164165 when prompted.
    Conference description: Description test7.

    Any idea please?

    3CX v14 SP3,
    Outlook2007 on Windows 10 workstation
