Hi,
It appears there was scheduled maintenance on 3CX Webmeeting Servers around 7:00pm last night (Sydney Time) on the Sydney 3CX Webmeeting Server.
Whilst the maintenance window was only about 30 minutes in duration, it seemed to correspond with the scheduled start time of our event, and had a very negative impact on the participants as they were disconnected multiple times during that 30 minute maintenance window.
I looked on the 3CX website to see if there was any notification of this scheduled maintenance, but couldn't find any mention of it.
Is it possible that you can schedule future maintenance so that the maintenance on each of the local servers you have distributed around the world is scheduled for early hours (E.g. 4am) in their respective time zone.
Is it possible to get advanced notification via e-mail (or alerts within the 3CX client) of future scheduled maintenance on the 3CX Webmeeting Servers?
Les
