It would be a very good feature to have webmeeting scheduling from inside Microsoft Outlook desktop client, some other brands like Cisco Webex, provide this kind of integration, so when you are scheduling a meeting you can select the Webex meeting room as a resource on Outlook.

Since you already have a plugin for intergation this feature would be great, customers would like to have this kind of integration

Though something for this is not in the works currently, it's something we've considered and will likely do at some point.

This is good to hear to. I would add that this should be a feature for audio conferencing as well and not just webmeetings.

+1 would love to see this, and also would love to see more outlook integration surrounding presence and automatic call forwarding rules based on whether in a meeting or not (these latter feature requests are in another thread).

Agreed - the current email spoofing has a number of problems, including ack / nack / change requests / reply emails go back to the PBX mailbox and not the user. Trying to explain this is difficult for users to understand, and even more difficult for the people invited because they get an invite that looks like it's from the organisers calendar. (great job on the spoofing, but the replies etc are a problem)
