screen view for call center

    Hi all,

    i have lot of call center customers, and all of them ask me if we can connect call center screen to see all incomming call, how many call are in call queue, count call of day etc...

    if anybody know developper who can do that..

    We are working on developing this system but it has taken a back burner for the short term due to launching our SIP Provider service next month. We expect this call view project to be completed by the end of Q2 2011

    Hi,

    3CX has no such functionality at this time and there is no "ideal" way to achieve this. Keep an eye out on our blog for this and ideas.3cx.com
