Is there any option of supressing the <sd> tag from being placed in the Polycom Directory xml file.. Would like extensions to not have <sd> tag and allow Speed Dials to be only available from User Phone Book.

    I don't belive there is ?.

This, along with many other reasons, is why I provision my Polycom phones via an FTP server (plus I like the additional level of control that it gives me over them).
