Second call issues

    I have 2 issues while on another call.
    1) Unable to see the caller ID of incoming call
    2) Unable to answer the second call from Yealink T41P

    We have v15 SP4 running and aceept mulltiple calls is enabled for all extensions.
    phones are Cisco SPA504G and Yealink T41P

    All incoming calls go to a ring group that all extensions belong to
    The Cisco Phones are able to answer a second call if BLF is set for another extension

    There must be a way to configure phones/routing so it is possible to see and answer an incoming call while on another.

    All help is Greatly appreciated!!!

    I think the ring group is key here. I would check direct calls first (ext->ext) and check that is working.
    There is a custom parameter: ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP that should help with that. Recommend having a good backup before you make any changes in here.

    Thanks for the quick response -- That solved both issues changing default setting from 0 to 1
