Send calls from Digital Receptionist to VM

    Is there a way to send calls from the digital receptionist to VM?

    Here is the background.. I get a lot of calls from solicitors that call our main number and then transfer to me via the digital receptionist. 98% of the time it is an unwanted call, I'd rather have them go to VM instead of ringing my extension.

    I don't want this behavior for all extensions when a call is transferred via the digital receptions, just mine any user that opts for this.
    We are running version 12 sp3.

    Depends on how they are using the digital receptionist to reach you.
    If they are pressing "1" or a number to use that menu item, you can have it transfer to your VM instead of ring your extension.
    However, if they are instead just dialing your extension directly, while within a digital receptionist menu, it will just transfer the call and ring your extension.

    Assuming the former, yes you can specify to transfer to vm for an extension you declare.
