We often get creative with using extensions for routing calls based on the 5x statuses. This gives the client the ability to control up to 5 paths the calls can route to depending on the client's needs at the time. However sometimes a mistake is made and someone changes the status without realising the impact.
It would be ideal for the client that each time the extension status changes it could fire off an email to the extension's defined email address. A simple check box per Forwarding Rule would suffice.
