Send Notification when do a phone call

    Hello everybody

    is it possible to receive an email, when some extension do a phone call.
    we use a hotel model without a pms.
    now it will be good, when the reception get an email when one of the guest do a phone call.
    so the reception do not forget to put the costs of the phone calls on the bill.

    Can you not use Hotel addin without PMS function

    Look at the manual may help you, not sure if reporting function available

    I believe that the hotel module, upon guest checkout, provides a notice as to whether the extension has any call with toll fees. From there, the desk personnel can then print out those calls with their associated costs for inclusion into the guest bill.

    As far as I know, there is no feature that causes real-time print out of calls. There may be a call accounting package that can take the CDR output and do this or you might contact Voip Toys (http://www.voiptoys.com/) as they may be able to develop a solution for your needs,
