Sending 603 Declined to Voicemail

    When a Polycom phone is ringing, one of the softkeys is "Reject". When pressed, this issues a "601/Declined" by default.

    The problem is that when this button is pressed the caller hears: "call forbidden by administrator". I would prefer that the caller gets transferred to voicemail. Is there a setting that would enable this?
