    Hello,

In extension settings Forwarding rules tab, on Available status we have the rule:
If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to: ...

If I'm busy, I would like to select END CALL rule.
But if my extension is unregistered - then I want to send calls to my mobile.

    Thanks, bye!

From a Logical poiont of a view this is simply not the same, busy or unregistered.....
The reaction on the two different states may well be different...

although we would not implement this, I like the idea. We allow folks to receive multiple calls at same time and make their own decisions.

    Craig,

What decision can take our customer when the system annoys them?

It is very usefull, when system can forward calls when extension is unregistered.(Internet, router, etc. issues).

But imagine this rule is activated and you are on call via 3CX application on smartphone. At the same time second call comes and it is forwarded to GSM. Your first call is being interrupted. Usually user cancel incoming GSM call and comes back to previous call. But second caller in most cases try to call once again.

Please try the scenario and then tell us if you like that.
