Solved Separate Logins for Different Call Queues

    We have a request from one of our managers who has an extension that is in two different call queues.

    We would like to know if it is possible to create separate logins for each call queue and create separate DSS Keys to log in to each queue on the phone?

    OR

    If we can schedule one queue to take priority over the other during different times of the day?

    The only other option we can think of is to give the user two phones with each line assigned to a different queue.
