    We have a potential client that wants to give some people access to the Pro version's feature of "Listen" but doesn't want them to have access to "Barge/Whisper". This is for a 128 Pro and possibly 256 Pro client who is considering 3CX but not unless this feature is available.

    The reason they need this more granular control is that they do call centers on behalf of multiple customers (3rd party collections agency). One of their customers wants access to listen in on the calls of the agents in real time. They want to give them access to listen to the agents but they do not want to give the customer access to Barge and/or Whisper.

    This proposal was from two years ago, and still hasn't been implemented?

    For training purposes we let our trainees listen to specific peoples' live calls, but with this they can also Barge In if they accidentally click the wrong thing!
