Seperate MOH by DID's

    Is there anyway to set a unique set of MOH for each DID or a group? We have a couple departments in the same office and would like to differ the hold messages for each department.

    Hello there,

    You can set the DID's to reach specific IVR's for each group and set the custom MOH you want there. You can also give the callers different options through an IVR or set the destination if no input to where ever you want.
