Server Activity Log warnings CM503003 call failed

    3CX version 11 Windows 7 Pro
    Aastra 55i phones with latest firmaware

    I have a ring group set up for four phones. Whenever a call comes in it sends an invite to all four phones in the ring group. When one of them answers the log will show a warning for the other three as follows:

    29-10-2012 10:50:45.060 [CM503003]: Call(C:24): Call to <sip:602@10.0.0.7:5060> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 10.0.0.22:5060
    29-10-2012 10:50:44.861 [CM503003]: Call(C:24): Call to <sip:603@10.0.0.7:5060> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 10.0.0.23:5060
    29-10-2012 10:50:44.817 [CM503003]: Call(C:24): Call to <sip:601@10.0.0.7:5060> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 10.0.0.21:5060

    I find this annoying for when I am searching the logs for real problems it is flooded with this nonsense also. I am not having a functional problem. Is this normal logging or some quirk of my setup or poorly supported Aastra phones. Thank you.

    My complaint is not that it is in the log but that it is at the level of a "warning". Why is this not logged as "info"?

    That's the norm when you have ring groups.
