Hi all Those 3CX keep a log file somewhere in the folder.? I am interested to see what agent recived a specific phone number. The Agent was in a Queue so i can only see that the customer phoned in and got connected to the queue. I cant see what agent recived the call. I was thinking about the "server activity log". Here i can see a given number being transfered to a agent. But i dont know if 3CX keeps a record of this log.
