Solved Server Error at console login screen.

    I have managed to get myself locked out of the Management console with the error "Server Error" and am not sure where to go next. The system is hosted by 3CX, (the free for a year option) so I assume it is hosted at Google and that I only have access to the management console.

    What I know so far:
    • "Server Error" When I try to log in from the Management Console.
    • None of the phones will connect. Yeallink phone says "No Service" and soft phone say "Timeout, Not Connected".
    • I have tried logging in to the console from my mobile over the mobile network incase my IP was blacklisted. (Even though I whitelisted it earlier in the week). I get the same error.
    • I can ping the server IP address and get a good response.
    • I have a recent backup but can't see a way to use this if I can't get onto the management console.

    Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    The issue was that during testing the database service was manually stopped so other services dependent on the database service stopped as well. The issue has now been resolved.
