    Hi,

We have successfully integrated Salesforce, but we see lack of some information that is pulled from Salesforce into 3CX company phonebook. We need to display Salesforce Contact Owner on 3CX WebClient but there is no such column in Contact. Is there any future releases ideas to include such info? It is much needed.

If you could answer my questions:
    1. Is there any roadmap to include CRM Owner of the contact and display it while calling from WebClient?
    2. Is there any chance to include [CRM] badge next to history of calls? Now, there is only Display Name, Phone Number, Call and Remove history entry button on it. We need to have [CRM] button in there.

    Hello @Mariusz Juszczyk,

Unfortunately it's not possible to have that information in the 3CX phonebook. The integration will get the first and last name. You might want to change the Salesforce template (in folder "3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Templates\crm") to get a different field for the first name for example, but that's an unsupported procedure, you would have to deal with the template yourself. And please note that any update for the template will override your changes, so save a copy of your changes somewhere...

Regarding your questions, please post these feature requests in the 3CX Ideas forum so they're considered for future development:

    Kind regards.
